We review applications in less than 24 hours.

Your clients stay yours

We never market or sell directly to the clients you bring to us. The quotes and fabric samples your clients receive carry your branding, so the relationship stays with you from the first sample to the final install.

Branded quotes that cover the whole project

• Your branding: quotes carry your company logo and designer details.
• Your services: add your own professional services, so one quote covers the full project.
• Easy for clients: send quotes by email or text with a direct link. Client responses come straight back to your workspace.

Private Trade pricing, with Quote Mode and Purchase Mode

Your Trade pricing stays private. Use Quote Mode when you are with a client: it hides your Trade discount and your purchase prices, so you can present with confidence. Switch to Purchase Mode to place orders at your Trade pricing. The portal warns you when private pricing might be visible.

Sales-tax-exempt purchasing

Trade purchases are exempt from sales tax when you provide a valid sales-tax exemption certificate. Send it to your Design Expert, and we will keep it on file for your account.

A dedicated Design Expert

Every Trade Partner works with a dedicated Design Expert who knows your projects and preferences. One point of contact helps with fabrics, COM, specifications, motorization and orders, and follows your projects through the workroom.

Complimentary samples, sent with your branding

Send complimentary fabric samples directly to your clients. Each sample package carries your logo and contact details, not ours.

The Trade Partner Portal

Run your client projects and your business in one place:

• Client records: keep designs, quotes, samples, orders and notes connected to the right client and project.
• Client activity: see quote responses, sample requests and shipments, orders, and anything that needs follow-up.
• Your team: create individual logins for each designer on your team.
• Business performance: review client revenue, Trade cost, estimated profit, designer performance and your Trade level progress.

COM fabrication

When the right fabric for a client is one you have sourced yourself, we will work with it. Our workroom fabricates in customer's own material (COM) with the same care for measurement, construction and finishing as our own fabrics. Your Design Expert will help with yardage, linings and specifications.

Timing depends on when your COM arrives at our workroom. COM and fabrics from outside our collection have different guarantee terms, which your Design Expert will walk you through.

Motorization

We offer motorization for your projects. Our Somfy motorized drapery tracks work with pleated styles, including pinch pleat, inverted pleat, goblet, tailored pleat and flat panel, and with ripplefold drapery. Choose wired or cordless motors. Bring your Design Expert in early so power, hardware and fabric are planned together.

Made in our Morristown, New Jersey workroom

Regal Drapes was founded in 2012 and is privately owned. Design, fabrication and final inspection all happen under one roof in our Morristown, New Jersey workroom, so every Trade order has direct oversight and real accountability.

2. Get approved in less than 24 hours: our team reviews your application and explains your Trade pricing, program terms and next steps.
3. Set up tax-exempt purchasing: send a valid sales-tax exemption certificate to your Design Expert so your Trade purchases are tax exempt.
4. Start a project: work with your Design Expert on your first client project.
